Where a wall stays damp, paint lifts. We find the source of the moisture first, let the surface settle, and use a mildew-resistant primer where the room calls for it.
Doors that cannot close
A shop with foot traffic works in zones: one wall or one aisle at a time, with signs and barriers, and a planned finish time for each zone.
Mildew that returns in months
Spotted corners come back when the spores stay. Mildew is cleaned off, not painted over, and the scope names the cleaner and the primer.
The limits
Shelving, stock and equipment are moved either under the scope or by the tenant, as agreed. Other licensed firms handle mold remediation and any drywall replacement beyond patching.
