About Romco Builders
Romco Builders, the contractor behind this site
This is the commercial painting service of Romco Builders, a licensed Florida general contractor. The company opened in 2015 and has its offices in Fort Lauderdale.
Romco is a construction company. A repaint of an occupied commercial building is a construction job in small: scope, sequence, equipment, safety, approvals and handover. Romco runs it that way.
Whatever the building and whatever the size, from one storefront to a hotel, we will quote it. Each quote starts with the walls themselves, what shape they are in, how a crew gets to them and who is inside meanwhile.
Clinics, schools, hotels and airports are other people's businesses. Romco quotes the painting of their buildings, and the pages here explain how such a job runs. They are not a client list.

What we will and will not say
- Romco Builders holds a Florida general contractor license; details come with a quote on request.
- No prices appear on this site. A quote is built from the building itself, or from photos and drawings of it.
- No finish dates are promised. Storms, boards, city review and inspections are outside a contractor's hands. What you receive is the sequence of work and the thing each step is waiting for.
- Paint brands, coating warranties and certifications are not named here. Your building's coating system is written into its own scope.
